First, what is the brushless DC pump?
  The brushless DC water pump uses the principle of a permanent magnet brushless DC motor, and an impeller is added to the rotor, and the cavity structure is designed to make the liquid centrifugally move. Since there is no carbon brush friction, no spark is generated; High efficiency, low power consumption, long life and low noise compared to brushed motors.

Second, the characteristics

Fourth, the pump use precautions

  1. Use a 12V or 24V DC transformer to supply power.

  2. It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and the medium temperature is strictly prohibited. A platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed on the outer surface of the magnetic pump isolation sleeve to detect the temperature rise of the annulus region, so that the alarm or shutdown occurs when the temperature exceeds the limit.

  3. Connect the positive and negative poles of the pump power supply correctly so that the pump can start and operate normally.

  4. Please put in clean water as much as possible to avoid solid objects entering the pump and causing blockage.

  5. Please do not wrestle the product and affect the performance of the pump.

  6. The pump is a centrifugal pump. It cannot automatically discharge air. It must be dived or installed below the liquid level when in use.

  7. The pump should not be idling as much as possible. Because there is no medium lubrication when idling, it is easy to wear.

  8. Do not use more than the rated voltage, otherwise the pump will be damaged.
